How does this work?
All sessions begin the same - with an inquiry. The investment at Holli Braasch Portrait Design begins with our first contact. You will receive personal service and a friendly greeting. Our first meeting will be a low-key (no obligation), informative consultation session held either in your home, where we can customize your portrait experience, in my in-home studio space, or at a local coffee shop. We will talk about what you are looking for in a session - our styles (yours and mine), what products you are thinking of and where you plan to put your art, what services and exclusive products are available, and see if we are a good fit for each other. Then we'll reserve your date on the schedule, collect the session fee, and you will receive some helpful information, fun clothing suggestions, and tips and tricks to make your session the best it can be.
We'll keep in touch as your due date gets near, and we will finalize the session plans. At your session, we'll visit a bit, make sure you and baby are comfortable and make your beautiful images. Sessions will last between two and four hours. This gives us plenty of time for soothing, feeding (lots of feeding), and changing baby. Ten to fourteen days after your session, we will have your in-person viewing and ordering appointment. You'll view your images in a slideshow set to music, and then together we will choose which images will look best for the items you've chosen. You will be walked through each step, making this a very fun and easy process.
The fee for a newborn session at Holli Braasch Portrait Design is $XXX. Payment of this fee reserves your date and must be accompanied by the signed session agreement. This fee includes the entire experience, from our first meeting, to prepping and washing all props used at your session, minor editing on your images, and your fabulous in-person selection appointment. Products are not included in the fee.
Maternity sessions are available as an add-on to a newborn session.
